Garmin 696 Mount for Beech Bonanza (Model 241 043)

Description

Our mount for the Garmin 696 shares the unique Angerole adaptor that clamps to the inspection hole on the back side of the Bonanza yoke bar. No drilling or modifications of any kind are required to fit this mount to your Bonanza. Though the 696 is large, our mount positions the unit so that with the yoke in its normal in-flight position the GPS does not block the view of anything on the instrument panel. The central position of the 696 allows easy right hand operation of the device, and affords your co-pilot an excellent view of the display. The mount works equally well on single or dual yokes. Removal of a single bolt allows you to take the unit home for updating and reprogramming.

Features:

  • CNC machined 6061 T6 aluminum alloy with aerospace grade corrosion-resistant gold alodine finish and stainless steel hardware
  • Device/GPS mounting plate with standard electronics industry AMPS hole pattern – allows just about any Garmin GPS or iPad cradle to bolt right on. Garmin use the AMPS pattern exclusively on their cradles
  • Fully adjustable side-to-side and up and down swivel adjustments
  • Rock-solid locking adjustments – available with optional “T” bar locking screw for quick removal
  • Rigid, sturdy construction that prevents vibration or movement from engine vibration or turbulence.
